Our pregnancy rehab program will offer a supportive 16 - 36 week journey designed to help you navigate the new challenges of working out with a second human. We will focus on pelvic floor health and pelvic stability. You’ll also enjoy tailored breathwork sessions and delicious recipe ideas to nourish your body.
Pre-natal/ Pelvic Floor Program

Our pre-natal physiotherapy rehab program offers a supportive 6-week journey designed for anyone wanting to improve their pelvic floor strength. This may be pre-baby or for the everyday woman. If you have never completed pelvic floor exercises before, this is a pelvic place to start (unless you've just given birth - see post-natal program).
